What we're building
We're pursuing the "proactive Agent" approach — not waiting for users to ask, but letting Agents sense context and act autonomously. The foundation is our own knowledge base and RAG engine, multi-Agent orchestration, and tool-calling capabilities that connect your enterprise knowledge to your business systems.
We already have two products in production: the Industrial IoT AI After-Sales Agent , which uses a knowledge base and RAG for intelligent after-sales support and operations diagnostics; and AI CRM , a proactive Agent that helps enterprises source leads and manage customers.
We're a team from AI, industrial, and enterprise service backgrounds. We believe that solid engineering and deep domain understanding matter more than model parameters. We're building Agents for more industries, one at a time.
